In this short course, we will learn some basic introductions and sentences in Portuguese. This course is in Brazilian Portuguese.
I have met many Brazilians living abroad who want their children to continue learning Portuguese or want them to speak Portuguese. After living in Brazil for my whole life it is my goal to help your children learn Portuguese and carry on their mother tongue.
I believe it is important to carry on your country’s language and culture. And that is what this course is for, to help teach your children Portuguese.
This course is made up of short videos in order to learn small amounts at a time. We will learn the alphabet, greetings, introductions, saying good-bye, colors and fruits. We will also practice putting it all together and see how we can have a conversation in Portuguese.
Remember that learning a new language requires practice. So please do rewatch the videos and practice what you have learned. It is not enough to watch the video only once, watch it over and over, pause it, practice and check your pronunciation.
There will also be PDFs to download so you can practice the alphabet.
